Rapidly expanding Governmental Management & Consulting Firm, headquartered in Boca Raton is looking for a career minded professional to fill a District Management position. This hands-on leadership role acts as the key link between Special Local Governmental Entities and the Corporate Management and Consulting office. From running governmental board meetings, to interacting with governmental board members, staff and property owners, this position oversees the day-to-day operations and ensures that the respective policies and guidelines are followed. Key requirements for this position:
- Currently local to the Southeast Florida area
- Willingness to work from the Boca Raton, FL office when not travelling
- Travel in Florida required (50-75%), including some limited overnight travel (10%)
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Business strategy implementation ability
- High level of organizational abilities combined with attention to detail
- Excellent administrative and operational management skills
- Willingness to be proactive with independent learning
- Hands on leadership and management background (project management background a plus)
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or Public Administration (Master’s Degree a plus)

Salary: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
