Preferred Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or business.
- Leadership experience
- Experience in the Revenue Cycle process, cost reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of various billing/collection and claims submission systems, (Cerner preferred).
- Effective communicator at all levels in the organization with strong oral, written, and persuasive skills
- Accurate, have a strong attention to detail, strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Knowledge of hospital and professional billing and compliance related to payer specific guidelines and strong background in financial management along with knowledge of federal/state laws and requirements relating to healthcare financial management
Hourly compensation range: $50.17-$75.62 dependent on experience.
