Seeking a Full Time Revenue Cycle Director. The Director of Revenue Cycle manages the activities of Receivable Management and Billing for Wray Community District Hospital facility and Wray Clinic professional claims. This position is responsible for overseeing the overall accounts receivable functions of the organization which include, but are not limited to billing, insurance follow-up, denial management, collections, cash posting and customer service. This position will oversee all functions of Registration and Financial Counseling, monitoring of charge entry/corrections, ownership, and management of Charge Master. Supervision of vendors and legal collections. Must be physically able to sit for extended times, stoop, reach, stretch, and pull and lift charts and files. Requires good verifiable references and team player attitude. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.


Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or business.
  • Leadership experience
  • Experience in the Revenue Cycle process, cost reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of various billing/collection and claims submission systems, (Cerner preferred).
  • Effective communicator at all levels in the organization with strong oral, written, and persuasive skills
  • Accurate, have a strong attention to detail, strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of hospital and professional billing and compliance related to payer specific guidelines and strong background in financial management along with knowledge of federal/state laws and requirements relating to healthcare financial management


Hourly compensation range:
$50.17-$75.62 dependent on experience.
