Wren Hospice is looking for a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for a Performance Improvement Coordinator office position. Must be able to be in the on-call rotation. The Performance Improvement Coordinator will travel between offices. Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and monitoring of the organization’s quality improvement program.
- Ensures processes to monitor and evaluate safety, risk management, and infection control programs.
- Collaborates with nursing supervisors to provide a process to promote and ensure employee orientation, competency and in-service education programs.
- Monitor organization compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Acts as clinical resource to staff.
- Complete Audits
- Provides assistance to community liaisons to meet community education needs.
- Promotes self-growth and collegial relationships with others in the hospice and homecare industry.
Qualifications:
- RN with at least 2 years of nursing experience
- Strong understanding of performance improvement, quality assurance, and utilization management
- Preferred: 1 year of QAPI (Quality Assurance Performance Improvement) experience
