- Monitor online reviews and social media mentions across various platforms (e.g., Google, Yelp, Facebook, Twitter).
- Respond to customer feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve online ratings and reviews.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and promote positive content.
- Analyze trends and report on online reputation metrics.
- Address negative comments and reviews, working to resolve customer issues.
