Here at Wren we handle everything ourselves—from a free home measure and design service, to manufacturing our kitchens in our state-of-the-art, 1 million sq. ft. factory in Pennsylvania, to delivering straight to our customers’ doors.

About The Role
Role: Kitchen Designer / Sales Representative
Here at Wren we handle everything ourselves—from a free home measure and design service, to manufacturing our kitchens in our state-of-the-art, 1 million sq. ft. factory in Pennsylvania, to delivering straight to our customers’ doors.
- You will play a vital role in helping our customers turn their kitchen dreams into reality, providing the best customer service every step of the Wren way.
- Approaching customers to promote the Wren brand, understanding their needs and generating leads and appointments.
- Using our state-of-the-art technology, you’ll help customers to design their dream kitchen, working with over 50 million possible combinations of colors, styles and cabinet sizes.
- Enjoy a generous starting salary of $18.85 per hour, complemented by unlimited earning potential through uncapped commissions, paving the way for an impressive OTE of over $90,000 annually.

What you will bring to Wren:
- Enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn is vital. If you are used to working and thriving in a commission-based sales environment, this could be the role for you!
- Experience in a similar industry is preferred, but those who have a strong sales background, who are looking to move into a new role, are welcome to apply!
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, with some weekend and evening working required
Salary : $90,000
