About The Role

Role: Senior Kitchen Designer

Location: Derby, CT Studio

You will spearhead the development of new business, foster lasting customer connections, design dream kitchens,

and seal the deal.

The Duties Are As Follows

• Manage the end-to-end customer experience; engaging customers and generating leads, inspirational design, customer sign off, pre-installation, etc.
• Managing a customer lead bank, generating appointments & managing outstanding quotes to ensure sales are converted
• Listen and capture customer requirements to ensure the design meets or exceeds customer expectations
• Generate inspirational designs from customer requirements using our purpose-built 3D CAD software
• Support the showroom in the GM’s absence, ensuring sales targets are met
• Be a key holder, opening and closing the studio when required
• Supporting designers with daily enquiries when the GM is not available
• Support the GM with building relationships between Wren and the customers
• Shadow and support design appointments when required
  
  

Qualifications

About You

• Sales experience preferred
• You are customer-focused and prepared to work in a fast-paced, ever-growing environment
• High proficiency in computers and technology
• You’ll have the ability to work in a fast paced sales team and achieve key performance metrics
• Kitchen design experience is not required due to fully paid training being provided

Details

Pay: $16.83per hour plus $6000 bonus and uncapped commission

Shift: 40 hours, 5 days per week (including evening and weekends)
