Responsibilities:
The HVAC Installation Manager will lead a growing division utilizing EPA certification and TDLR Registration. This position requires a passion for customer service satisfaction and meeting service levels, as well as a critical eye for process for inventory controls and strong project management abilities. Prior experience is needed in managing a Residential Installation HVAC division.

Do I Have What It Takes?
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in design, installation, and maintenance and repair experience of residential HVAC systems
- Class B HVAC Contractors License needed (Class A preferred)
- Must be bil-lingual with English and Spanish
- Excellent leadership skills and team mentality to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced
- Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth
- Ability to prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple tasks, handle deadlines

What Will I Do?
- Develop a culture of performance excellence to encourage employment growth
- Drive the HVAC department installation through training and development of the field technicians
- Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, and accurate reporting
- Coach install technicians
- Monitor and control call backs
- Review and approve install crews time and pay role
- Manage to key financial objectives (gross profit, operating profit, etc.)
- Address customer compalins related to field operations
- Oversee all subcontract charges and material charges.
- Assure adherence to all TDLR governances.
- Handle all escalated customer concerns by demonstrating 100% customer satisfaction
