The Marketing Traffic Project Managerr will oversee a team and coordinate the execution of marketing projects across our shared services team. This role will ensure the seamless planning, communication, and delivery of marketing initiatives to stakeholders, while supporting the team’s strategic goals and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in communication, marketing strategy, marketing technology and performance initiatives, branding and creative projects, and supporting external and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
What Will I Do?
Project Management and Coordination
- Manage end-to-end marketing projects, including digital campaigns, content development, and services initiatives.
- Maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables using tools like Basecamp, SharePoint, and SmartSheet.
- Act as the central point of contact to ensure alignment across stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners.
Traffic and Workflow Management
- Develop and maintain project management schedules to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines.
- Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to team members and stakeholders.
- Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of marketing campaigns (Direct Mail, email, website updates, creative etc) and communicate with Account Teams to ensure clear understanding of delivery from corporate to stakeholders
Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Facilitate clear communication of project timelines, deliverables, and status to stakeholders.
- Organize and lead weekly team meetings, capturing meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups.
- Serve as a liaison between marketing, creative, and digital teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
Operational Support
- Provide ongoing support to marketing team members by managing their project deliverables and priorities.
- Collaborate with the marketing leadership team to refine shared services workflows and processes.
- Assist in onboarding and training team members on project management tools and best practices.
Strategic Contribution
- Support varied marketing initiatives, leveraging experience with platforms and tools to optimize operations.
- Contribute to the success of shared marketing services by aligning projects with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
Do I Have What it Takes?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years in marketing project management, traffic management, or a similar role.
- Experience working in a marketing/advertising agency environment and/or supporting a multi-location business.
- Proven experience managing marketing strategy, print initiatives, creative projects, marketing technology, digital campaigns, and brand strategy projects.
- Advanced knowledge of Basecamp, SharePoint, SmartSheet, and other project management tools.
- Familiarity with marketing technologies, digital platforms, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or Agile) is a plus.
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
