THE BIG TASK

The goal of the Plumbing Project Manager is to manage all personnel in Sewer and Projects as well as assist the Service Manager & Team Leads. The main responsibility of the role is to provide the leadership to enhance the sales, productivity, and profit of the department through personal efforts and the efforts of the team. This manager accomplishes this through managing, coaching and training the plumbers, drain cleaners and apprentices / helpers.
