As a service advisor you are the liaison between customer and our technician team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high customer satisfaction and streamlining our shop’s operations.

- $45,000-100,000 based on hourly wage potential commission from gross profit.
We ask that you have a valid driver's license, proven sales experience, and a winning attitude!
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate clearly with customers about service options, costs, and timelines, ensuring transparency and understanding. Over the phone and in person.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the workflow to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism so they can be resolved to the customers satisfaction.
- Coordinate with technicians to track progress and update customers on their vehicles status.
Qualifications:
- Stong phone skills.
- Proven experience as a service advisor/writer in a fast paced customer service and sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy shop.
- Proficiency in shop management computer programs
- A basic technical knowledge of vehicles.
- Strong work ethic and reliability, with the ability to work efficiently.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
