Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, detail oriented and organized individual to join our Customer Service team. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, possess knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, have previous customer service skills, and demonstrate ability to multitask.
Duties
· Interface with operations and engineering team regarding quoting and delivery issues
· Using ERP system and part price calculator to develop customer quotes and convert to sales orders
· Assist customer inquiries regarding purchase orders via phone and email. As needed work to assist with expediting these orders
· Assist with external purchase orders for outsourced part needs for operations
Qualifications
· Prior Customer Service experience is a plus, however not required
· Working knowledge of Microsoft office is required. Previous ERP or other CRM systems is a plus
· Ability to read and understand technical drawings is a plus
· Excellent communication skills
· Good organization skills and ability to multi-task

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
