About The Role
At Wren, you will have the opportunity to excel in a range of responsibilities, including:
- Interpreting Technical Drawings: Learn how to interpret detailed technical drawings to ensure the production of end products of the highest standard.
- Operating Woodworking Machinery: Participate in the effective and safe operation of a variety of woodworking machinery, including CNC drills, edge banders, and glue machines, ensuring precision and quality in every task.
- Warehouse Duties: Undertake any other Warehouse duties as reasonably requested by the Manager or Supervisor, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our operations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding health and safety in the workplace, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and your colleagues.
- Meeting Production Targets: Meet allocated production targets in line with departmental goals, demonstrating commitment and dedication to achieving excellence.
About You
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
To thrive in this role, you should ideally possess:
- Warehouse Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse environment will be highly beneficial, providing you with a foundation for success in this position.
- CNC Woodworking Experience: Experience in CNC woodworking is preferred, though not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
- MUST be Bilingual in Spanish
