Role: General Manager in Waiting
- Oversee all aspects of the customer experience within the studio environment; engaging with customers, generating leads, guiding them through the design process, coordinating pre-installation activities and ensuring successful delivery and installation of products.
- Lead and coach your team to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
- Uphold studio presentation standards, embodying our company values.
- Enjoy a generous starting salary of $70,000 complemented by unlimited earning potential through uncapped commissions, paving the way for an impressive OTE of over $110,000 annually.

About You
What you will bring to Wren:
- Your experience will have been gained in a sales focused, target driven retail environment, with 5 years experience in team management, as an assistant, department or general manager.
- You will have proven experience in leading sales teams and driving them to reach goals.
- Kitchen or relevant industry experience is preferred, however exceptional candidates from related industries are encouraged to apply.
The position is for 40 hours a week across 7 days, including weekends and evenings as needed. The ability to travel for training and development is also required.
