About The Role
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform hand spray painting operations
- Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding Health & safety in the workplace
- Ability to follow safety procedures when using flammable/hazardous materials
- Adhere to procedures regarding the use and care of equipment and materials
- Ensure all daily departmental duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organization within the department
- Spray prepared surfaces with specified amounts of primers and top coatings using hand spray guns
- Perform other distribution work functions as needed due to business volume and need
- Ability to deliver good quality products to set timescales Dispose of hazardous waste in an appropriate manner

- Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed
- Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and flexibility in meeting deadlines
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug test
- Experience in manual hand spraying
- Team player who works well in a fast paced working environment
- Must be able to work on your feet for a full hour shift
