Key Responsibilities

  • You will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
  • You will need to learn the call script in order to sound professional and authenticwhen speaking with our customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and address customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Effectively communicate with customers regarding appointment details, technician arrivals, and any necessary rescheduling.
  • Follow up with customers after service appointments to ensuretheir satisfaction and address any outstanding issues.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions, striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
  • Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
  • Key Sub Responsibilities

  • Receive service requests and dispatch HVAC technicians to job sites, considering factors such as technician expertise, location, andworkload.
  • Maintain a real-time schedule, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of service calls.
  • Monitor technician progress and communicate any changes or delays to customers, keeping them informed throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with technicians and other team members to optimize schedules and maximize productivity.
  • Generate work orders, invoices, and other necessary documents with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Other job duties that are applicable to your position / skill set
  • Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service and / or dispatching, preferably within the HVAC or service industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education orcertifications in customer service or related fields is advantageous.
  • Experience using a Service Titan and House Call.
  • Availability on weekday evenings and Saturday mornings.
  • 5 or more years of experience CSR experience
  • Call Center experience
  • Salary : $16 - $17
