This is a full-time on-site role located in Tampa, FL for a Plumbing Supervisor. The Plumbing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing plumbing projects, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations, and managing a team of plumbers.
Qualifications
- Experience in plumbing supervision and project management , spdcially witu multifamily, ground up
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and quality
- Time management and organizational skills
- Plumbing certification is a plus
