Wright Brothers Inc. is currently seeking a Full-Time Customer Care Associate to join the team located in our Cincinnati office. The qualified candidate must have excellent people skills. To join our family-oriented, non-smoking company, please respond with your resume. This opportunity is standard business hours, 8 am – 5 pm M-F. This position would be great for a non-traditional college student looking to earn and learn their way through college, or someone who is looking for a new direction for their career.

The primary responsibilities of this position are to take in-bound calls from customers wishing to place orders or schedule delivery for gases. Additional responsibilities could include inside sales, account maintenance, the preparation of bids and quotes, and other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities Include:

• Serve customers by taking in-bound customer calls wishing to place orders and schedule delivery for gases, plus assist with service information, products, and accounts.
• Data entry using custom software.
• Fill delivery tickets by date needed
• Retail Counter Sales
• Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required; diploma strongly preferred
• Technical aptitude based on education or experience required
• Entry-level, although experience preferred
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines
• Open and outgoing personality, “Can-Do” attitude, willingness to learn
• Flexibility to meet changing customer demands
• Demonstrate a clear and effective speaking manner for the purpose of conveying information
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with co-workers
• Must have computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook.

Work Environment:

This is a retail and general office environment. There is some light lifting when assisting customers with product. The employee must be able to operate in a drug, alcohol, and smoke-free workplace.
