Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Cabinet Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machinery to produce high-quality cabinet components. The role requires precision, technical expertise, and the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC to cut and drill cabinet components according to specifications.
- Program and adjust CNC machinery settings to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD designs to produce components.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and design specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust processes to maintain optimal production.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and improve processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing or woodworking environment.
- Strong understanding of woodworking techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience operating a CNC in a production environment is preferred, but not required.
