Job Summary
Wright Choice Construction is looking to fill our Marketing Coordinator/Content Creator role in Bedford, VA! We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional to join our Marketing team! The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment, supporting the needs of our growing company.
This is a non-managerial role that reports in person to our office in Bedford, Virginia as well as our construction sites within a 1 hr. radius.
Duties
- Upholding as well as collaborating with the Design Team on WCC Branding as described in the WCC Branding Guidelines.
- Create and Manage social media campaigns
- Create and coordinate engaging content for various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube as well as billboards, vehicle wraps and radio/tv scripts.
- Upholding WCC Branding as described in our marketing brand guide.
- Update Website with new home galleries, staff, educational video
- Creating Marketing Budget with the Director of Operations, and keeping track of all marketing expenses.
- Creates and manages image and video clip library
Requirements:
- High-School diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience/education in social media, marketing, or advertising is required or 4-year college degree in media, marketing, or related field is required.
- Strong understanding of social media channels and their respective best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable in video editing software.
- Proficiency in social media content creation, including graphic design and copywriting.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative in working towards common goals.
- Results based and deadline driven.
- Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative.
- Strong organizational skills resulting in the ability to prioritize multiple projects and initiatives.
- Strategic planner as it pertains to marketing.
- Experience with Construction is not required but a willingness and strong desire to learn about Residential Construction is required.
- Must have a high level of integrity.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be willing to provide portfolio of design work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
