Responsibilities of the Junior Account Manager:
- Develop and execute sales strategies, sales process and presentations to drive revenue through direct customer interactions and account management
- Build brand awareness through customer interactions and relationship development
- Regularly conduct presentations with potential customers to showcase our products and services, increase enrollment, and ensure repeat accounts and business
- Keep up to date with relevant industry updates, consumer trends, and local competitors to identify and tackle new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal sales and leadership teams to implement promotional materials and sales techniques to qualify new customers and retain existing customers
Requirements of the Junior Account Manager:
- Experience working in a client, sales, or customer-facing role; experience in an account management role is a plus
- Positive attitude, strong student mentality, and intrinsically motivated to succeed
- Comfortable taking initiative to swiftly adapt and troubleshoot
- Flexibility and availability to work evenings and weekends, as needed
- Ability to consistently establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships and networking skills with both customers and office teams
