Performs complex professional work overseeing the County's Oracle Fusion Cloud Application by providing strategic and operational managerial direction in the planning, development, and administration of the ERP system; which includes providing optimum design, development, deployment, and modifications of the Oracle ERP platform. Work involves setting policies and goals under the direction of the County Administrator or designee. Bachelor's degree in management information systems, business administration, accounting, or related field, and six years of related experience with business process software, developing processes and ERP related solutions, account management, SQL database, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience working with ERP Administration, Oracle Cloud based ERP Administration, or Web or Cloud based experience and supervisory experience is preferred.

- Oversees the administration of the programs and policies of the County's Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP system. Responsible for the planning, designing, development, implementation, and maintenance of efficient business, financial, and operation solutions using software, hardware, security, and workflow tools available in the Oracle ERP system.
- Uses independent judgment providing supervision and leadership to personnel under position's span of control; makes and participates in decisions on matters of hiring, transfer, suspension, layoff, recall, promotion, discharge, assignment, reward, adjusting grievances or disciplining employees under position's span of control; sets goals and objectives for others to work towards and monitors performance; creates and maintains a positive work environment fostering effective performance of staff.
- Provides leadership to the County Board, County Administrator, and Department Heads in establishing and achieving a vision for strategical and operational success utilizing the County's Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP system.
- Responsible for developing and communicating a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the County's goals and market trends that are driven and informed by data-driven insights, customer discovery and feedback for the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP system. Clearly defined objectives and key performance results are developed and incorporated that are data-driven and measurable to assess the success of the County's ERP product initiatives and product strategy.
- Oversees and directs the administration of all County related activities associated with Oracle ERP applications and the Cloud. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and system requirements. Create, maintain, and socialize a product roadmap that outlines project prioritization, schedules, technical requirements, and dependencies. Drives data-driven decisions along with user feedback and analytics to ensure an exceptional user experience, optimizing features and functionality based on user behavior. Oversees the County's use of data modeling, workflow modeling, and case use development for the ERP system. This includes overseeing the updating and implementation of user security and roles within the Oracle ERP Cloud Security system.

- Responsible for managing and maintaining the workflow and security systems in the ERP system to ensure that all workflows are flowing correctly and reliably and that approvals are being made by the appropriate departments and the ERP system is operating in an efficient manner. Including the coordinating and performing of in-depth testing for modified or new workflow systems and other post implementation support.
- Demonstrates proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills necessary to maximize the County's ERP system and ensure that the system is working accurately and efficiently.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and developing buy-in for product initiatives by ensuring alignment with the County's ERP goals and needs.
- Lead and work closely with a cross-functional team through active departmental participation, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment required to deliver successful product outcomes. Works collaboratively with various division/departments and other County stakeholders to formulate clear hypotheses for product enhancements, new features, or optimizations. Including the sharing of concepts, roadmaps and progress updates using data to drive transparency and understanding.
- Directs the management of all ERP service-related contracts and required system maintenance of the ERP system. Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA's) with the business stakeholders, monitoring and reporting on those service levels, and escalating problems and issues to outside vendors when service levels are not being met.
- Oversees and monitors the ERP system and provides necessary communications to end users related to critical updates/downtime of the ERP system.
