Position Overview:
This role requires a self-starter who can manage the day-to-day operations of a busy mental health office. Youll need to be focused and efficient during working hours, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and managing client records.
- Ensure the smooth running of office operations, including document management and communication with clients.
- Provide support to clinical staff by preparing necessary documents and coordinating client care.
- Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
