Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Branch Manager to oversee operations at our Rock Hill, SC location. This leadership role requires a professional with a strong background in psychology, business, or a related field, who can effectively manage staff, client services, compliance, and financial oversight while ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in behavioral health, healthcare administration, or management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid, insurance processes, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Medicaid/Insurance and Client Oversight

• Conduct Medicaid and insurance eligibility checks.
• Manage master caseloads and trackers.
• Oversee client services and staff scheduling.

Operations and Compliance

• Conduct DHEC and basic building maintenance checks.
• Ensure office cleanliness and compliance with safety protocols.
• Manage fire extinguisher checks, fire drills, and business licensing.
• Oversee adherence to RBHS manuals and CARF standards.
• Ensure proper manual modifiers for services and timely uploads to EHR.

Financials, HR, and Utilization

• Monitor EBITDA and track utilization of units in EHR.
• Oversee branch budgeting and productivity metrics.
• Manage office supply orders and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Build and maintain community partnerships.
• Support HR functions, including approving time-off requests and ensuring office coverage.
• Manage service reauthorizations and ensure timely 90-day reviews and MHP assignments.
