Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Branch Manager to oversee operations at our Rock Hill, SC location. This leadership role requires a professional with a strong background in psychology, business, or a related field, who can effectively manage staff, client services, compliance, and financial oversight while ensuring operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in behavioral health, healthcare administration, or management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid, insurance processes, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Medicaid/Insurance and Client Oversight
- Conduct Medicaid and insurance eligibility checks.
- Manage master caseloads and trackers.
- Oversee client services and staff scheduling.
Operations and Compliance
- Conduct DHEC and basic building maintenance checks.
- Ensure office cleanliness and compliance with safety protocols.
- Manage fire extinguisher checks, fire drills, and business licensing.
- Oversee adherence to RBHS manuals and CARF standards.
- Ensure proper manual modifiers for services and timely uploads to EHR.
Financials, HR, and Utilization
- Monitor EBITDA and track utilization of units in EHR.
- Oversee branch budgeting and productivity metrics.
- Manage office supply orders and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Build and maintain community partnerships.
- Support HR functions, including approving time-off requests and ensuring office coverage.
- Manage service reauthorizations and ensure timely 90-day reviews and MHP assignments.
