Shift: Day
Salary: $101,000.00 to $135,000.00 Sign On Relocation Package All Benefits.
Job Summary:
Clinical Manager, under the direction of Program Director, manages and coordinates the clinical and other activities on the patient unit in order to provide quality patient care.
Establishes goals and priorities in accordance with patient and staff needs and organizational objectives.
Services are provided across the life span of an individual and within the spectrum of health care as designated for the department.
Duties
- Manage and supervise nursing staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Utilize clinical expertise to provide guidance and support to nursing team
- Perform clinical procedures such as Venipuncture, Gastric lavage, and other specialized techniques
- Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of anatomy, ICD-10 coding, and utilization management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a Level I Trauma Center setting, including the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
- Support patients with disabilities and work with diverse populations
Qualifications
- Graduate of a School of Nursing required. BSN preferred.
- Three(3) to five (5) years experience in a supervisory role required.
- A minimum of five(5) years current clinical experience in speciality area or management.
- Current New Mexico or compact RN license required.
