Job Title: RN- Supervisor (Med Surge)
Location: Waxahachie, TX
Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Duration: Full Time/Permanent
Pay: $32 to $53/hr.
Requirements:
Associate's Degree in Nursing
Two Years of Experience required as an RN supervisor
Registered Nurse (RN) state/compact license
Basic Life Support (BLS) or obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer.
Essential Functions of the Role
Working closely with members from different professional fields to ensure coordinated patient care.
Assessing how effective the nursing practices are and infusing practices and research discoveries that are evidence-based.
Fostering a caring and outcome-promoting environment.
Encouraging development and opening up growth opportunities for staff members.
Efficiently managing resources to promote safety within the healthcare system.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.00 - $53.00 per hour
