Wright Homes seeks a closing coordinator to work in person at our corporate office in Draper, UT. The closing coordinator will be critical in managing and coordinating the closing process for newly built homes. This individual will work closely with construction teams, internal office staff, real estate agents, and lenders to ensure all documentation, inspections, and requirements are completed on time for a smooth and successful closing. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and excels in customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Review all documents, including contracts, disclosures, and lender instructions to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Organize and maintain accurate records of all closing documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Work with lenders, title, and real estate agents to schedule and confirm closing dates for new home buyers.
- Coordinate with title companies, agents, and lenders to ensure all paperwork is prepared and finalized.
- Ensure all required inspections, final walkthroughs, and certifications are completed before closing.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of final documents to appropriate parties, including deed transfers, lien releases, and warranty information.
- Identify potential issues during the closing process and collaborate with internal teams (management, construction, agents, title companies) to find effective solutions.
- Resolve conflicts or delays in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring a positive experience for the customer.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in real estate, construction, or title coordination is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of real estate closing procedures, documents, and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
