Job Description
Come join our sales team as the Sales Manager! We are looking for an auto salesperson with a three year sales track record. You will be a floor manager, trainer, back up FI, DMV, and desk manager. We are a small store with huge potential. Our managers do everything. If you have most of the skills we want, we will continue to develop you. We want a team player with enthusiasm, ethics, urgency, and tenacity. If you play to win each day and strive to be your best, we want to meet you. If you are lazy and act like a victim each day, this is not your future team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruits highly professional sales representatives who share our company's standards of excellence and ethics
- Trains sales team to become subject matter experts on all vehicles and vehicle specifications/features in the inventory
- Monitors and adjusts inventory to optimize customer choice
- Measures and reports sales metrics and monitors actual to plan
- Promotes the dealership, its values, and its products/services on a continuous basis
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have 3 years of retail auto sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
- Valid PA driver's license with no DUI
- Must have strong computer and internet skills, as all documentation is through a CRM system 100% of time
