Job Description & Responsibilities :
By understanding residents' needs and providing guidelines to staff, assist them in identifying, responding to, and coping with any stressors in their lives.
Works to continuously assess residents’ needs and strengths to provide proper support and create attainable goals.
Send out client satisfaction surveys and document results.
Schedule annual check-in meetings for individuals and guardians.
Be present for Intake meetings and Discharge meetings
Maintain service notes.
Host support meetings as needed
Work with outside vendors to host group classes as needed.
Work as a team with another social worker & admin to fully understand the organization.
Hours : Monday- Friday 9a-5p
At least one year of experience working with adults with special needs is required. Qualifications : MSW, LSW, NAC. The hourly rate is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
Having your own means of transportation. If you are ever using your own vehicle to transport residents, mileage reimbursement will be provided to you at $0.40 per mile.

A background check, drug testing, and staff mandatory training in CPR, Danielle's Law, Stephen Kominos Law, Incident reporting, Prevention of abuse, neglect, and exploitation, and other training mandated by the Division of Developmental Disabilities are required.
