Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary : $18-$20 / hr (Based on experience) Monthly Bonus / Commissions ($500 )

  • Mon to Fri, 9-12pm EST

    Responsibilities

  • Client Management : Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
  • Risk Assessment : Provide expert advice on coverage options and policy adjustments based on client requirements.
  • Retention Strategies : Implement initiatives to enhance client retention rates and satisfaction levels.
  • Policy Reviews : Conduct regular policy reviews to identify opportunities for additional coverage and cost savings.
  • Renewal Processing : Manage the renewal process efficiently and communicate changes effectively with clients.

    • Requirement

  • Active Property & Casualty License Required.
  • Previous Allstate Experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Property / Casualty service experience

    • Salary : $18 - $23
