Position Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Wright Interior Group. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our operations as we continue to deliver exceptional design services.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks online.
- Reconcile General Ledger accounts.
- Assist in budgeting and managing firm expenses.
- Reconcile credit card payments monthly.
- File Florida Sales tax monthly.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and payroll efficiently and accurately.
- Manage accounts payable and enter payments into Studio Designer (project management software).
- Prepare and send client invoices and statements.
- Maintain vendor payment details and confirm all paperwork is up to date.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline financial operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks online.
- Excellent budgeting skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Accuracy, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is a must.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
