Position Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Estimator/Purchasing Agent to join our team. This role is essential in creating accurate estimates for our clients along with follow through to purchasing and procurement of products and services. You will be supporting the firm operations and the designers. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Estimates for products specified by Design staff for Client approval in firm software (Studio Designer)
- Execute the procurement and purchase of product and services specified by Designers
- Add data to track product ordering status
- Manage product received at the warehouse including damage and claims for repair
- Invoice monthly compensation for Design services
- Generate reports needed by Designers to understand product ordering status
- Apply for Designer Trade Programs
- Order general office supplies
Requirements
- Ability to work with Owner, Bookkeeper and Design staff as a valued team member
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to pivot and multi-task
- Consistency and follow through are critical skills

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
