Job Description:

The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the hotel's front desk and performing various accounting tasks during the overnight shift. This position requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check in guests and handle any guest inquiries or issues during the night shift
• Balance and reconcile all hotel revenue and expenses for the day
• Prepare daily reports for management
• Ensure the safety and security of the hotel during the night hours
• Assist with any other tasks as needed by the hotel management team

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hotel front desk or accounting role preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in basic accounting principles and computer skills
• Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
