What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Wright Landscaping Inc.?
Wright Landscaping Inc. is looking to hire an Office Coordinator to aid our staff in keeping an organized and efficient office. The ideal applicant will be self-motivated and easily adapt to the realities of working for a small company. This person would need to be organized, focused on meeting deadlines, and comfortable asking questions. We are looking for someone who can build upon and strengthen our in-office communication and workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Organize all paper flow in and out of the office to ensure all billable hours are accounted for, receipts are processed (statements reconciled) and filed promptly, and project related tasks are delegated to the correct staff member.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist in management of employee and company insurance issues.
- Schedule deliveries, client services, and general office upkeep.
- Take office inventories and maintain database of tools and fleet of trucks, schedule services; ensure they meet safety protocols.
- Assist field staff as needed with proper paperwork and information. Or any other items needed to service our customers.
- Work with remote staff to schedule and verify deliveries.
- Help produce proposals and in-house graphics.
- Update all social media platforms and keeping the Website current by uploading new content and assisting with writing blog posts.
- Ensure that all company policies and procedures are being followed.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of relevant professional experience; Experience in the Landscaping Industry is preferred but not required.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish* (*desired but not required)
- Ability to be self-motivatedin order to organize and complete tasks on your own.
- Ability to adjust schedule to current workload.
