Regional Field Development Supervisor
The position of Regional Field Development Supervisor will help ensure a high level of consistency among field staff. They may be called to assist in other offices, when necessary, but that will be at the direction of State and Regional Manager. The Regional Field Development Supervisor serves as a mentor on the status of the work quality being performed on Wright’s sites. The Regional Field Development Supervisor will assist with ensuring company policies, procedures and safety programs are always followed. The Regional Field Development will report directly to the Director of Operations and may be called on to help with any task the Director of Operations may deem necessary specifically in the areas of field operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· The Regional Field Development Supervisor will make sure JOT Forms are being completed correctly and timely.
· Will coach and train employees on how to interact with foreman and customers and maintain strong relationships.
· Assist with time management skills in the field.
· Provide guidance to office through coaching and training.
· Assist with communication between office and field to create a cohesive working environment.
· Maintain strong relationships with field personnel by coaching on site checks, setups and takedowns, flagger positioning, policies, and procedures.
· Coach employees on how to be the most productive during day-to-day site visits and make suggestions for improvement.
· Will not have the ability to discipline others on Office Staff, however, will advise on suggested course of action when necessary.
· The Regional Field Development Supervisor can perform written coaching with FS, Crew Leaders, and Traffic Controllers. These written coaching documents are forwarded to Operations Manager for that location for review and additional documentation.
· Other job duties as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES & SKILLS:
· Full knowledge of traffic control guidelines and procedures.
· Excellent communication skills for a diverse workforce.

· Ability to train, motivate and increase performance level of employees around them.
· Lead others by example and clearly defined expectations.
· Create and maintain strong relationships with office and field staff.
· Ensure all certifications are maintained and kept up to date.
· Ability to lead training when requested.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS
· Will have demonstrated ability to raise the quality of field employees.
· Prior experience in the field and employee development.
· Have and maintain valid driver’s license.
· Maintain a drug free workplace.
· Able to travel as needed.
· Experience working in a fast-paced working environment.
· Minimum of high school diploma but college degree preferred.
