What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Support Manager - North Dayton Region position at Wright-Patt Credit Union Inc.?
The Regional Support Manager assists in all aspects of recruiting and managing the Talent and Travel Pool for the Member Center Network, has direct supervisory responsibilities for the partners, which includes talent recruiting and development, scheduling, member service, and relationship building. The Regional Support Manager provides support for the region, including responsibility for managing member centers in the absence of a manager and supporting the role of the Regional Director.

- Oversees all areas of talent management including recruitment, onboardings, supervision, scheduling, performance reviews, and career development. Collaborates with Member Center Management and support partners on the recruitment and performance of p Provides effective and consistent coaching by establishing expectations, managing results, and holding partners accountable for meeting performance expectations. (50%)
- Supports and administers training and development of all new talent for the Member Center Network including collaboration with Learning and Development in all areas of training. Oversight for identifying skilled trainers, setting training expectations, and determining effective timelines for on-the-job training. (25%)
- Assumes other leadership responsibilities as needed to support the Member Center Network. Responsibilities include being a resource for member center partners when managers are out of the office and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the member center for varying lengths of time. This includes ensuring the center is performing in a safe and sound manner according to the applicable practice, regulations, laws, and procedures. Supports the role of the Regional Director by managing assigned resources in their region to create an extraordinary service culture that balances the interests of the three-stakeholder model and exceeds member expectations.(15%)
- Ensures assigned business units are operating efficiently and reliably, are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and rules, have appropriate operating controls to mitigate risk, and are performing at a high level. Works with others to ensure consistency and stability of operations across the entire Service Delivery Network (5%)
