Wright-Pierce, an award-winning, multi-discipline environmental engineering firm specializing in water, wastewater and civil infrastructure, is seeking a licensed Engineering Project Manager to join our Southeast One Water Group. This key role oversees the technical planning, design, construction, and project management of drinking water and wastewater source, distribution, storage and treatment projects in Jacksonville and surrounding areas of Florida.
Responsibilities
- Technical planning, design, construction administration and project management of drinking water source, distribution, storage and treatment projects
- Facilitation of project proposals, project interviews and presentations
- Team management; mentoring and teaching junior staff, QC/QA their work
- Strategic planning, goal management, deliverables execution
- Business development, lead identification and tracking
Essential Functions
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing and mentoring junior staff
- Commitment to building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
Experience
- 10 years of work experience executing a variety of water, wastewater engineering projects required
- MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams required; Revit/CAD and Bluebeam preferred
Certification
- Licensed Professional Engineer
Education
- B.S. Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
