Job Overview:The LPN will work closely with our healthcare team to monitor, assess, and meet the needs of our patients. The role involves administering prescribed medications, providing treatments in accordance with physician’s orders, and ensuring that each patient receives comprehensive care tailored to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient Monitoring & Assessment: Continually assess patients’ needs and progress to ensure optimal care delivery.
- Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring accurate dosage and timeliness in accordance with care plans.
- Collaboration with Team Members: Perform all duties under the direction of the Unit Manager, collaborating effectively with other healthcare staff.
- Miscellaneous Duties: Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner, contributing to the overall quality of patient care and center operations.
- Must hold a current, active LPN license in the state of Ohio.
- Proven ability to assess, monitor, and manage patient care needs within a rehabilitation setting.
- Strong communication skills, with a capacity to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
