What You'll Do
This role will handle the day-to-day and long-term vision of the client’s journey with Wright’s Media's publisher partners, while ensuring our best-in-class Client Success framework is implemented. You will focus on driving the growth and retention of accounts, developing strong senior-level relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring proper resource alignment to business needs.
Responsibilities
- Onboard and implement best practices for new clients
- Serve as the primary, day-to-day contact for assigned set of clients
- Responsible for client retention and development of relationships
- Present and create executive presentations for quarterly sales reviews
- Coordinate internal resources to meet and exceed client objectives
- Create, implement, and maintain account strategies that build revenue
- Identify content licensing opportunities that lead to new revenue streams
- Maintain existing relationships with senior leaders and develop new relationships with key contacts across client organizations
- Suggest process improvements
- Attend trade shows as needed
- 5-10% Travel, Nationwide & International
