JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing and Communication Manager is responsible for the development and execution of all marketing and communications strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately promote products and services in alignment with company goals.

- Serve as a professional representative and leader of the Wright Service Corp. family of companies.
- Work with executive leadership and other company leadership focused on strategic priorities to drive growth, employee experience and other marketing and communications deliverables to ensure strategic and consistent branding and messaging
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and programs from ideation to execution, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
- Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis to optimize accordingly
- Guide continuous focus on department strategic priorities, aligning with companies' priorities
- Create strategy, objectives and tactics to support priorities and distribute responsibilities accordingly
- Develop marketing and communications budgets and monitor expenses—present strategic value of marketing and communications to the executive team and other company leadership
- Initiate and manage vendor relationships by measuring the performance of services and products, including hardware and software
- Supervise production of deliverables with vendors within budget parameters
- Foster relationships with appropriate media and trade entities and promote companies and employees as credible sources and act as a company spokesperson and/or guide professional and ethical communication
- Serve as a resource and editor for executive management communications
- Review and develop content, including copy, functionality, photo, and video, for websites, corporate sustainability reports, bid proposals, newsletters, collateral, direct mail, social media, and other marketing and communications deliverables for both internal and external audiences
- Evaluate media. When needed, coordinate ad buys within budget parameters and related submission processes
- Oversee planning of the brand campaign, lead generation, regional and national tradeshows, client appreciation events, management meetings, promotional or volunteer events, and other events and initiatives
- Direct coordination of donations and sponsorships to leverage opportunities for the most significant impact
- Oversee research and distribution of relevant public information about Wright Service Corp. companies, competitors, and markets
- Create and maintain internal documents, including marketing calendar, website analytics, market opportunity database, and library of industry and company publications
- Support, actively participate and act in accordance with Wright’s culture of safety and employee ownership
- Comply with applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations; maintain knowledge of and follow all company policies and procedures
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meeting
SUPERVISOR DUTIES:
- Motivate and develop staff within the Marketing Department through regular career development, interaction and involvement
- Oversee team’s daily operations, provide training and feedback, manage schedules, and resolve employee issues
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or another related field
- 10 years of experience with related marketing and communications responsibilities
- 5 years of leadership and direct supervisory experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Excellent presentation skills suitable for customer, leadership and executive presentations
- Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills, public speaking and media relations experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Willingness and ability to learn about the industries in which our companies operate
- Must be able to stay current on emerging content platforms and advise on potential new avenues to increase engagement
