We are seeking an experienced EDI Support Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (Dynamics AX) and IBM's EDI translator software. This role is ideal for a seasoned software developer, engineer, or architect looking for flexible, side-project work. You will focus on resolving EDI-related incidents, onboarding new EDI feeds, and ensuring smooth data exchanges between companies using standardized formats.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 Years of hands-on technical experience.
- Strong understanding of EDI concepts, standards, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (Dynamics AX).
- Proficiency with IBM's EDI translator software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in root cause analysis for data translation errors.
- Ability to work independently and manage requests with minimal oversight.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external IT staff.
