This individual will be a member of the Customer Support Department and be responsible for the installation, maintenance, trouble shooting and repair of their machinery at customer locations. Responsibilities :
- Install, maintain, and repair CNC machines and other industrial equipment
- Provide on-site technical support to clients
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Train clients on proper use and maintenance of equipment
- Document all service and repair activities
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction
