Job Summary:
We are seeking an Intune & M365 Cloud Support Specialist to provide technical support for IT security and cloud operations. This role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows 365 Cloud PCs, and M365 security policies, including data lifecycle management, Conditional Access, and Entra ID identity protection. The ideal candidate will be customer-facing, handling support tickets, assisting with policy configurations, and ensuring device and data security compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 & Windows 11.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and M365 administration.
- Basic understanding of Conditional Access policies and identity management in Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Familiarity with data lifecycle management, retention policies, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to create technical documentation and process guidelines.
- Experience with M365 security features, such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
- Ability to analyze audit logs and security events for troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and diagnostics.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Endpoint & Device Management:
- Deploy and manage Windows 365 Cloud PCs and mobile devices via Intune.
- Configure and enforce device compliance policies, ensuring security and usability.
- Oversee device enrollment (Autopilot, BYOD, and corporate-owned devices).
- Deploy and update applications, configuration profiles, and PowerShell scripts for automation.
Security & Compliance Support:
- Configure Conditional Access policies to manage secure authentication and access control.
- Assist in Entra ID (Azure AD) identity protection, enforcing security policies like MFA/SSO and risk-based sign-in.
- Monitor and respond to security alerts related to identity and access management.
- Support M365 Data Lifecycle Management (DLM), ensuring proper retention, classification, and protection of sensitive data.
Incident & Ticket Management:
- Provide Level II/III support for Intune and M365-related issues.
- Analyze and troubleshoot audit logs and sign-in logs to identify security risks.
- Assist users with account access issues, including password resets and MFA troubleshooting.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Generate reports on device compliance, security configurations, and user activity.
- Maintain documentation for Intune/M365 configurations, security policies, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Assist in developing best practices for security and compliance.
