Responsibilities:
- Drive profitable sales and develop strategic initiatives for main and sub-brands.
- Manage sales opportunities from start to finish, focusing on assigned portfolio wins.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Travel as required (minimum 25%), attending trade shows, meetings, and client events.
- Utilize SalesForce to accurately track sales activities and provide feedback on marketing efforts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and share knowledge to enhance team performance.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years in large capital equipment sales, ideally in robotics/automation.
- Experience in Structural Steel, Offshore, Heavy Fabrication, or similar industries.
- Proven sales growth record with a territory worth over $10 million.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Located in the Upper Plains region, ideally near a HUB airport.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to communicate effectively in live and virtual settings.
