Production Machine - CNC

Classification: Production Machine - CNC

Reports to: Production Supervisor

Objective: The purpose of this position is to run production milling machines while providing a product that meets or exceeds Wright Tool quality standards

Essential Functions:

· Monitor and ensure safety requirements are met and sustained

· Follow instructions from supervisor on daily tasks

· Perform quality checks and first piece inspections

· Load and unload parts from the machines

· Perform set-ups and tooling changes

· Maintain tooling in the machines as well as store used tooling appropriately

· Communicate issues with supervision

· Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor/management

Education and Training

· High School Diploma or GED

Minimum Qualifications

· Working knowledge of shop procedures

· Ability to read and understand job travelers

· Ability to read and understand blueprints and utilize measuring devices and gages

· Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
