Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with Wright Traffic Controls goals and objectives.
- Oversee business development initiatives to enhance growth opportunities.
- Build relationships and oversee client services.
- Track company revenue margins; conduct budget reviews to maximize profit.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing process improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term strategic plans for the organization.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective leadership and team management.
- Ensure proper inventory for operational needs in all locations.
- Ability to respond and assist as needed after hours or before business hours.
- Additional duties as assigned.

- Proven experience in operations management with a focus on process improvement.

Requirements
- Advanced computer skills.
- College degree preferred, will consider a mix of education and prior experience.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of DOT regulations.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Must pass pre-employment Drug Screen and possible subsequent randoms
- Must pass a background check
- Valid Driver's License and must maintain a clean driving record, proven by a Motor Vehicle Records check.
