Every one of us probably already knows how to clean a house. We’ve cleaned our whole lives. Now, you can get paid to do it! We offer on the job training to show you how we deep clean each home, along with a paid training class following employment. We hold monthly staff meetings along with Monthly coaching sessions to keep you informed on performance and any new products- which are ALL PAID TRAINING! We take pride in what we do and it shows with the amazing detailed work our staff performs daily. Teamwork is our number one goal - the details after that fall into place because we build a strong foundation.
We are a locally owned cleaning company out of Caledonia, MI and we clean houses from Rockford, Ada, Kentwood, Grand Rapids, Byron Center, Hudsonville, Caledonia, Middleville, and Dorr. We have over 12 staff members, 3 team leads, our field Director and our Owner/operator who also works in the field directly with our staff. We DO NOT manage from a desk! Each team works in each area and completes 2-4 houses a day on average. We have over 100 current clients and continuously grow!
It is a full time, 1099 contract position. Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00pm (or later) those working days. We train, empower, enrich, and enhance your working knowledge of cleaning a house and we take pride in a job well done.

Do you have what it takes to join our team?? It is a two-part interview process- a short phone interview followed by a PAID working interview! The working interview consists of cleaning two houses with us from 9-12, once that is completed the Team Lead will prepare a report for the Field Director/owner and a decision will be made.
The starting wage is $15.00 or more based on experience.
