As a Dental Front Office Administrator at Wright & Wheeler Dentistry, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring smooth operations within our dental clinic. This role is essential for maintaining patient records, managing appointments, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing patient appointments and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
- Utilize Dentrix software for scheduling and record-keeping tasks.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans and office policies.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Support the dental team by preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments as needed.
- Collect, post, and manage patient account payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.
- Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a dental office or healthcare setting is preferred.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and staff.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and files.
- Customer service experience is essential to ensure a positive patient experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
