Customer Service Rep: Wrightington Gas
Kingston, Mass
Your responsibilities will include:
Excellent communication/phone skills maintaining professionalism in all customer correspondence.
Well organized with processing paperwork, data entry, invoices & statements and Permit pulling
Ability to effectively deal with the demands and expectations of a high-paced, high-volume operation. Must have a positive attitude, be reliable and dependable.
Answer initial and follow-up phone calls from customers who place orders or request service and technical support issues - ability to take full responsibility, from start to finish.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, service work, and delivery invoices in a courteous and helpful manner. Maintain organized files and workspace. Detail oriented.
Computer experience – MS Office/QuickBooks
Provide timely and thorough resolution of all issues raised by customers, as well as documenting all actions and correspondence.
Customer billing and accounts receivable support.
Able to provide support for counter sales when necessary.
Proficient math skills
Associates Degree preferred or at least a High School diploma
