What does a Team Coach do?
- Supports and assists in the development of all JO and Xcel Team Levels
- Speaks with team parents and updates them on their child’s progress
- Loves their gymnasts and knows how much you mean to them
- Shows up on time and is ready to rock the day
You gotta make sure you have:
- A love for kids and a want for them to succeed
- A smile on your face at work
- A team player attitude with your co-workers
- The commitment to the kids you are impacting
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Dependability
Not required but a big plus in our consideration would include:
- Experience teaching or participation in JO and Xcel, gymnastics, tumbling, dance, cheerleading
