Position Overview:
As a Pharmacy Technician at Wrigley’s Pharmacy, you will play a critical role in supporting our mission by ensuring the highest level of care for our patients. You will collaborate with a skilled team to manage the prescription process while engaging with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by fostering genuine connections with patients and caregivers, ensuring their needs are always a priority.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other team members.
- Efficiently manage prescription processing from initial order entry to final fulfillment, with an in-depth understanding of various workstations within the pharmacy.
- Ensure compliance with all Federal and State laws, including HIPAA, OSHA regulations, and ethical standards of the pharmacy profession.
- Accurately enter patient information into the system and prepare medications following established protocols and best practices.
- Perform precise counting, measuring, and labeling of medications, maintaining strict accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking and pricing medications, ensuring timely availability of drugs for patients.
- Facilitate prompt and accurate customer transactions, maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
- Consistently deliver compassionate and high-quality service to customers and patients.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
